Class Plan Builder

A good class is a budget of minutes, spent on purpose. Take one class from your Curriculum Builder rotation — or type the techniques yourself — pick the class length and the level mix, and this builds the timed plan: warm-up, technique blocks, partner drills, live practice in your art's own terms, conditioning, cool-down. Every segment is editable, the minutes always add up to the class you actually teach, and the printed sheet is the one you carry onto the mat. One honest note: a plan organises the hour. It cannot teach it — that part is still yours.
